How Christoph Tackles Challenges

For the past four years, Christoph Schöll has been part of Berghof Products + Instruments, supporting our customers in Technical Service – most often directly on site. Outside of work, he’s a passionate hang glider and the youngest pilot on the German national team. What sets him apart: he likes to roll up his sleeves, set clear goals, and see things through. How Matthias Gets Things Moving.

For the past two years, Matthias Esche has been part of Berghof Process Control & Logistics GmbH, where he leads the ongoing development of our BLU software as Project Manager. Several times a year, he and his team roll out new releases packed with improvements and new features that create real value for our customers.

Matthias serves as the link between customers, developers, and the testing team: he listens, evaluates requirements, tests solutions, and makes sure everything is thoroughly documented. What drives him? Improving processes, setting things in motion, and ultimately seeing how his team’s work makes customers’ daily lives easier.
