What does “Moving Forward” mean to you?
 

To me, Moving Forward means constantly motivating yourself instead of waiting for someone else to do it. I’ve always pushed myself to grow and learn. When something fascinates me, I need to understand why it works. For me, progress isn’t about speed. It’s about depth. It’s about sticking with something until it truly makes sense.

Where do you get your energy from?

From my curiosity. It’s my biggest driving force. When a topic grabs my attention, I can dive into it for hours, whether it’s AI, psychology, or philosophy. I love discovering connections and making complex ideas tangible. Learning isn’t an obligation for me; it’s a form of freedom. And that freedom gives me energy.

What challenge has shaped you the most recently?

Developing my AI architectures for conflict resolution. I wanted to understand how technology can actually help foster peace – for example, in the Middle East. After more than 2,000 hours of research, countless tests, doubts, and small breakthroughs, I’ve learned one thing: real progress only happens when you stay committed. I work pragmatically, but with depth – step by step, until a solution truly holds up.

What does good teamwork mean to you?

Good teamwork, to me, means that everyone in the team works toward a common goal – and knows exactly how they contribute to it. It’s also about doing things the right way: ethically, responsibly, and sustainably. That’s how results are created that genuinely make a difference.

What inspires you personally?

I’m inspired by anything that brings the world into balance. Whether through technology, philosophy, or human connection. I truly believe there’s always a solution. You just have to want to find it. Sometimes it takes years, but with the right people and the right mindset, the answers always reveal themselves.
