New colleagues get to experience innovation at first hand in Eningen!
On 23. January 2024, the fourth "Welcome Day" took place at the headquarters of the Berghof Group in Eningen. Twenty-six new colleagues from all locations, who have been working at one of the Berghof companies since July 2023, came together to get a deep insight into our corporate culture.
The event began with a warm introduction and greeting by the HR team, who welcomed the new team members and helped them get off to a good start in their Berghof careers.
Short presentations by the respective managing directors of the holding company and the six Berghof companies provided an introduction to the content. The diversity and innovative strength of the Berghof Group were impressively demonstrated.
From historical development to future visions, the CEOs gave us fascinating insights into the corporate strategy and emphasised the important role played by our employees.
A direct insight into the Berghof Group's working methods and advanced technologies was provided by tours of all production sites. All participants were able to take a look behind the scenes and see how our state-of-the-art technologies and products are created.
A special aspect of this day was the presentation of the synergies between the different companies of the Berghof Group. The new colleagues were given an insight not only into the individual areas of the limited companies, but also into the many links between the business units. The employees could develop a deeper understanding for the big picture from the various areas.
The "Welcome Day" was not only a good opportunity for our new Berghof team members to get to know the Berghof Group better, but also for us as a company to benefit from their fresh impressions and ideas.
