This was precisely the aim of the “Welcome Day“, on which all employees who started at Berghof in 2022 met in Eningen on July 5. After the presentation of all areas of Berghof Group by the respective managing directors, it was time to get a closeup of the products and services – during guided tours through the various production areas on the “Berghof Campus“.

Of course, there was also plenty of opportunity for mutual exchange. After all the participants had introduced themselves to each other in detail, they all had the perfect starting points to get to know each other better and to talk about their first positive experiences at Berghof.
