The Welcome Day has become a valued tradition within the Berghof Group. On February 25, 2026, the event took place for the sixth time, bringing together 21 new employees from across all Units. The day offered them the opportunity to get to know the Berghof Group and gain a deeper understanding of its diverse fields of activity.
The Welcome Day is an important part of the onboarding process for new colleagues joining the Berghof Group. At the beginning of the day, the different Units introduced themselves and provided insights into their technologies, products and services. This gave the new team members a comprehensive overview of the Group’s diversity and the wide range of expertise within Berghof.
Another highlight of the program were guided tours through several production areas at the Eningen site. Here, participants were able to experience first-hand how innovative ideas and technical concepts are transformed into high-quality products – from development through to final production.
Beyond supporting a smooth start for new employees, the Welcome Day also encourages exchange across different business areas and helps build a shared understanding of collaboration within the Berghof Group.
With six successful editions so far, the Welcome Day has become a well-established part of the company culture. The Berghof Group is delighted to welcome its new team members and wishes them a successful start as well as many exciting projects in the years ahead.
