Training young talent is a top priority at the Berghof Group. Apprentices play a vital role in the company’s future and make a meaningful contribution to the Group’s ongoing development. To encourage exchange and strengthen team spirit, the Berghof Group’s annual Apprenticeship Day took place on January 21, 2026.
Hosted at the Face Off Arena in Münsingen, participants were treated to a varied competition format inspired by “Schlag den Star.” The unique twist: apprentices competed directly against their trainers. Across a total of eleven games, teamwork, skill, knowledge, and strategic thinking were put to the test. The freedom to choose the point value for each game added an extra layer of excitement.
Whether athletic challenges, quiz rounds, or skill-based games, the atmosphere was marked by motivation, fair play, and plenty of fun. The outcome remained uncertain until the very last game, with the apprentices ultimately claiming the overall victory.
The day concluded with a shared meal at Albfetz, offering time for informal exchange and personal conversations. Apprenticeship Day 2026 once again highlighted the importance the Berghof Group places on a strong training culture, collaboration on equal footing, and long-term development of young talent.
