Since its launch in 2023, it’s brought energy, excitement, and connection to our teams year after year. In 2026, we're kicking off the fourth edition – with even more team spirit, motivation, and a shared goal to make a real difference!

This is all about staying active, building mental strength, and boosting team spirit. Whether it's running, cycling, strength training, gardening, or mindfulness exercises – every activity counts and earns valuable points for your team. Using the “Teamfit” app, participants can track their efforts and work together to hit a strong overall score.er.

It’s not just about winning – it’s about showing up! The friendly rivalry between Berghof’s subsidiaries adds a fun competitive edge, but the real goal goes beyond the scoreboard: Together, we aim to hit a collective points target to unlock a donation to a good cause. And here’s the kicker – the team with the highest points per participant gets to choose where the donation goes.
