Berghof containers meet all demands made on containers for use in chemical, semiconductor, and plating technologies.
They are manufactured from virgin PTFE (polytetrafluoro ethylene, Teflon ® , Dyneon™) because only these fluoroplastics combine the required properties in an ideal manner.
Outstanding characteristics include:
- Chemical resistance against practically all chemicals,
absolutely resistant to acids, bases, and solvents; - Employable over a wide temperature range, from -200°C to +260°C;
- Form-stability, even at high temperatures;
- Excellent anti-adhesive properties, thus making them easy to clean;
- Electrically nonconductive;
- No water retention;
- Shatter-proof.
Using the specialized isostatic molding technique, the containers are seamlessly molded and are strain- and deformation-free. The interior surfaces exhibit an extremely dense and anti-adhesive surface film and require no mechanical rework.
Berghof containers made of PTFE are available in a wide variety of sizes and capacities to meet practically every need.
Aside from the containers in our standard product line, we can also manufacture PTFE containers to meet specific customer requirements with regard to sizes or thicknesses, as well as with modified flange designs. In addition, any desired number of seamlessly integrated intake and outlet connectors are available in any position and any size and design.
