Approval as a examination centre in compliance with §6 of the Scrap Wood Disposal Ordinance. (a)
Berghof Analytik + Umweltengineering at the Chemnitz location is still an approved examination centre in compliance with §6, paragraph 6 of the Scrap Wood Ordinance and has again very successfully participated in the interlaboratory test organised by the Hamburg Science and Health Authority to "Determine parameters in compliance with the Scrap Wood Disposal Ordinance".
All of the 16 required analytical parameters were determined. The proportion of correctly determined parameters was 100%. It must be particularly emphasised that determination of the critical parameters, "Chlorine total and Fluoride total" was "spot on", i.e. the target value was achieved exactly. The evaluation of the fourth interlaboratory test carried out in October 2009 is available for downloading. This result clearly demonstrates our many years of experience in examining scrap wood.
